A Hotel that Mostly Delivers on its Price

The is a budget hotel in a busy area (New Market) which is full of shops and restaurants that are open beyond 22:00. Don't expect a stand-alone building! The entrance is ensconced amidst a row of shop fronts. It does have a big sign, but all you see is a doorway leading up to a steep flight of stairs. The reception desk is at the top of these stairs and barely visible from the entrance door way. The location pops up correctly on google maps, though and is easy to find. The hotel mostly delivers on its price with a reasonably sized room with en suite bath room. Note that there is no lift - so stairs have to be climbed even to get to the reception desk. The room has a luggage rack, closet, work desk, telephone, TV, two charging sockets, one of which was the "international" kind, soap, towel and newspaper are provided. Most things are clean. The windows do not have netting, and the bathroom window needed repair. The nice thing is that their blankets have duvet covers. However, my duvet cover did not look clean and I had to ask for a change. The linen is white but could do with a "spotless" look which would give a welcoming feel. Some of the rooms have bathrooms with Indian-style toilets so if you need a western-style W/C you should ask. Also,although the hotel itself is quiet, the traffic noise is quite heavy, so this hotel is not for you if you are likely to be disturbed by traffic noise. Running hot water is available but the staff need to turn it on and need a couple of minutes' notice. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. They offered excellent ginger-flavoured chai in the mornings for a small charge. Booking by telephone allows a 24-hour check-out, while on-line booking maybe more constrained.

This hotel is situated in the buzzing New Market area. A steep narrow flight of stairs takes you to the reception. The view-less rooms are dated with a worn out look. The window AC (not SPLIT) is a nuisance because of the terrible noise it makes. The azaan coming every few hours from the mosque close-by is another nuisance. There are no mosquito nets in the bathroom window. Stay here if you have no better place to stay!

It's cost is as per it's amenities.hitel is clean and nice ..it is the best place to stay in new market ..the service is very good .but the negative is the reception is on first floor ,I think there should be some other way to deal with elder people

The hotel is very nice. It is close to new market which saves a lot of travel time as well as money which we spend on travelling. The staff too is very cooperative . Service quality was awesome. And all this we get at a nominal per day tarrif. I recommend this hotel to all. Nice place to stay . The room was good , clean and tidy . Great service by hotel staff. Value for money . Keep up the good work
